NE of Map Looking HAWT

Hey folks, not sure if this has been discussed very much, but the NE near the new town is starting to look very attractive in Experimental.

I was up in there last night, and there is a massive development underway just west of Svet. Talking Firesatation, Apartments, etc. The buildings still need leveling with the ground, but loot does spawn there.

Anyways, thought you might want to hit that up if your down with Experimental.

Oh, and one more thing, there is a spawn point in Svet, so its real easy to get all your money's worth.
