Can I run DayZ SA on this laptop ?

Intel Core i5- 3230 CPU @ 2.60Ghz   2.60Ghz 

 

RAM: 8GB

 

GeForce 710M 2GB

 

 

I can easy play ArmA 3 on low without fps drop

i think you can... - with resolution 1024x786 or such... - details all on low..

but yes...

You can run ArmA3 on GT710M? Whoa, that GPU is more capable than i thought!

yeah you could run it not very well but it will run (ps arma 3 is easier to run than dayz well it is for me on arma on altis my frames average between 50 and 110 on dayz 35 and 80.....

 

Edit thats at pretty much max setting for both but only 4x AA and PP low everything else set VH

Yea Arma 3 all low and shadows medium and objects medium, and i have 60fps on open area 40-45

I dont care about graphics i just want more than 20fps so I could play comfortable

20 plus outside cities i am sure you will get in some of the tougher spots to run say cherno apartments guba bay(strel@#(# see thats why i say guba bay lol) i think it will drop below 20 for you but hey could be wrong people with some low systems have reported decent fps others not so lucky..

if you can figure out how to SAFELY overclock your processor, or some sort of turbo boost and fix it to ON. You will see excellent results.

 

Common practice with laptops is to underclock them relative to heat so its safer across the pack.

 

maybe you can squeeze out 10 fps on that alone, worth a check.

Go to that site. 

It will ask you to download a file. I have been using this site for years, never an issue,

You select a game, click can i run it. It shows you what the min requirments are, and the recommended. Also show what you would need to upgrade. 

There is a button that takes you to newegg for suggestions for said upgrades, but that seems unreliable.

Yea you can run it but with shit ass graphics. Also don't buy a laptop, it's a terrible idea. Buy a desktop instead. Trust me.
