Goto any nearest water pump and drink till you see the bright green

"hydrated" indicator and then eat till the bright green indicatorr of "energized".

after that you will see healing indicator that means you are healthy.

actually when starving, it will take blood too, so at first he will see nothing while his blood regains, only at full blood OP will start healing again.

Not sure if it is what you are experiencing, but often, after being injured by a zombie, my screen goes "blurry," but a quick trip to the config/video settings "restores" the correct "non-blurry" view. I am pretty sure it is a bug, but it makes melee difficult. I have to run my ass off to get enough of a lead to do the "fix."

That is not a bug, it's intended. The bug is that you can remove it by going into video settings. The blurryness is the indicator that your health is low.

Yeah expect the blurriness to stay. Opening the video options is the bug that will be getting fixed. The blurriness represents you being low health. The lower your health the blurrier and more greyscale your screen gets.

Does the "bug" go both ways?  That is, is "blurriness" itself currently buggy (I can have the blurriness after one hit by a zombie right after spawning) as well as the ability to "lose the blur" by going to the config?  I assumed it was a bug (a Mac-graphics one, as I imagine we are a tiny minority) as it happened so quickly and went from crystal-clear to unidentifiable with so little "damage."

Cheers
