Dusty_ 48 Posted February 28, 2014 On gameservers which is our host atm, there is no option to change the autorestart time. And we would like it to be two hours instead of the default four hours... do we have to change the host we use? Or is this possible at all? I've been on lots of servers with their own restart times Any help or input much appreciated didn't realise this thread would make people so angry. Thanks for the help guys! ... If you don't have a solution then either don't post or try and find one. There are other reasons for servers restating earlier, one is to keep the noobs happy until they learn how to survive on a harder server. Valdenburg 200 Posted March 1, 2014 Our provider changed the server restarts to every 3h. Thats a good time and when the server gets too full and no loot is there i just restart it manually.I like that server owner dont have too much options to alter anything on the server or game. knifeparty 109 Posted March 4, 2014 (edited) Vilayer also lets you create a restart task on their default control panel. It can be repeated as much as desired, i.e. set a restart task at midnight and have it repeat every four hours. It was pretty simple to do, even without the battleye extended controls, which vilayer also now offers as an addon as well, as mentioned in the prior post. I know this doesn't help as it is not your server provider. Your providers support system is probably your best route, as also mentioned in a prior post.
