Dying right before a server restart

Hi, so I just killed someone and as I was about to loot him the server happened to restart. I know for sure I got rolled back ~30s when I joined the next server, does that mean the dead person also came back to life, 30s prior? Not that it really matters to me but just curious.

I think they stay dead.  I died right before a server restart once, and when I came back in, I was still a fresh spawn.

Congratulations for probably killing the admin haha. Before you would be rolled back to life, but now you stay dead.

if you die an server restart in 10sec you wont be dead (100% sure i killed few admins who instant restart it and we got rollbacked)

Stuff like this sucks, You die run back to your corpse and then you see the red chain... the horror...
