Wierd Graphic glitch

Hello guys, i have bouth a new radeon R9 Graphics card, and tried to play this game with max settings,the game runs smoothly but a problem that i get this weird glitch in someplaces


heres a video:

 

i doesnt go away no matter what settings ive chosen (havent tried low ones)

That's not your end and nothing you can do about that. There are still problem with Razorwire being put down, which is causing the issues you're experiencing there.

 

That is the reason some servers have the razorwires disabled or delete them fairly quickly, as they usually cause more issues than they help with.
