Because you have only limited inventory and backpack space.

Try finding another backpack with more slots and you may get to take them all!

Why would you want more than 1 watche unless you plan on giving it to your friend? Also, watches is an ''equipement'' that go in ''equipement'' slots at the botom of the inventory screen, open your bag and shove the other watche in your bag. You can't carry ''equipement'' in the normal inventory.
