Lag when standing near a player / players

Hello everyone. I got this error just a few days ago. I realized when Im standing near a player, my ping goes all the way up to 400 > 500. But when Im playing alone(on a non crowded server), where I think Im the only player on that village, my ping is normal. :( Cant find a fix for this. :s

 

-Happened to me always when Im playing with my friends(I have the same internet speed as my friends.)
