Compass....Where to find one?

So I got a mosin, .357, ammo, plenty of food water, and other stuff. But no compass. Would like to get away from the coast and explore the inland of the map. But i'm a little reluctant to do so without one. I did it before and it was no fun, literally ran around for hours in game at one point only to find trees,trees and more trees.

 

 Never played the mod so I have no Idea where im going if im not on the coast. If I had a compass it would give me some idea of where to go. As of right now im around kamenka. So I ask where would be the best chance to find one since the last patch. thanks in advance.

Fire stations- especially the shelves on the first floor tend to have them. There's stations in Cherno, NWAF, and Elektro.

Yep, firestations mostly. Sometimes random buildings. They like to be on shelving units, so your best bet is to look on those

Clouds move east.

Pretty sure the Little Dipper is roughly east at night. You can also parallel roads and read road signs.

Compass is pretty easy to find though as stated above.

The pubs and corner restaurants also seem to consistently spawn them. I have also found them in the long brown barns.

Easiest spawn is definitely the small grey garages. Compass + weapon attachments :)
