You can usually find them in decent sized cities. I think there's some in Stary. There's a crapload in Cherno... Like a whole storage shed complex there

Was in Stary today and found two compensators. If you look for the red storage/DIY huts (Red doors, normally in pairs or sets of three) they seem to spawn regularly in there.

Yeah, does seem to take the edge of recoil noticeably, but you still need to reacquire your target and pick your shot, so it isn't that much of an improvement.

Pristine Mosin on the top shelf, and a pristine compensator on the shelf below it. :D

Found this week 4 compensators for the mosin, but cant find any LRS. Only broken PU-scopes

I don't know how it works yet, but a damaged compensator gives less bonus than a pristine or does it make the Mosin worse than it was without the attachment?
