Loot tables odd after last patch? Confirm?

So I seem to notice a few disturbing trends after the last patch:

- No loot in garages, making it bloody hard to find your first melee weapon.

- No loot in Balota / NW Field tents, making it bloody hard to find weapon upgrades

(EDIT: Never mind this line. I really was just extremely unlucky. FNX mags do spawn.) - No FNX mags *anywhere*

 

Can someone confirm this, or have I been having THE unuckiest 10 hours in a row ever? Been on multiple servers, even immediately after resets, and this seems consistent to me.

Basically, loots will not just randomly spawn anywhere now. Depends on what item you want to find, you need to find it in a specific place or building. However it is confirmed that army tent does not contain loots whatsoever (until they fix it) so don't waste your time there.

Loot never did spawn randomly anywhere. ;)

 

It's strange though. I've been through the entire NW airfield 5-6 times, as well as the electro fire stations 5-6 times, getting in right after server resets, and there's just no fnx mags there any more. Plenty of fnx pistols and ammo, but the mags seem to just have sprouted wings and flown south for the winter.

Sometimes life just messes with your brain. I decided to try one last server hop... and found two fnx mags in one firestation. I guess I really was having the unluckiest loot streak known to mankind.

 

The rest stands though. No loot in tents and garages any more. :(

Glad I'm not the only one. I just moved and internet wasn't activated here until today.

 

I hopped on and looted Msta, Staryoe, and the G-place to teh west and only found gloves and a Down jacket. Oh, and like 14 sewing kits.

No food or soda. Not even rotten stuff.

The mags are around still, just really rare. Used to have four but now I've only got one and I can't find any others. The rarity makes me appreciate the fnx a lot more, plus it looks cool when it's fully modded.

Guns and military equipment will eventually become extremely rare and hard to find.

Found one in a Jail building at Balota airfield tonight. Was so excited because maybe I'll actually get to use the 45 for once now.

Which garages are you talking about the big one's that have stairs, or the one's around the houses cos they stopped spawning a while ago.  The tent's stopped in the same patch, there's a couple of building's that started spawning loot recently as well, I feel your pain, it took me hours to find an axe spent most of the time with the baseball bat.

 

The loot system has had several change's recently, I was on when there where multiple resets in a row and the low red restaurants would only spawn loot in two of the locations possible in the front room, I believe this is paving the way for loot respawn, where I expect to see even lower loot levels after restart.

 

edit: found a FXN, mag, flashlight and silencer on experimental about 4 1/2 hours after the server had restarted, silencer doesn't seem to work.

Old stuff. Loot is bugged in this areas and will get fixed in net stable update....

Hmm I went  as a fresh spawn almost full circle on the map yesterday and found every kind of loot in this game.

I started in Berezino -NE airfield - along the northern East/West Highway - NW airfield - Zeleno - Cherno.

It must be noted that it was a relatively unpopulated regular server with only about 6-7 players and the time was 12:05.

However now I am burdened by my loot just waiting to get rid of it so I can be free again..
