jameslennoxhood 74 Posted February 19, 2014 Hi, I have been trying to use the bug forum but it wont let me so dont know where else to turn.After breaking my leg shortly after respawning i rolled into the sea to drown myself to start again,after drowning i receive the your dead and i go to respawn and the option is greyed out.When i exit to start again it put me back in alive at the same stage just before drowning,i drown and get the same thing, respawn greyed out. When i try again i get the 5 minute server hop timer and then after waiting i get the exact same thing, so currently i cant play dayz!!!How can i get out of this predicament, i really love this game and wanna play again.Really sorry if this isn't in the right place!!! Nicko2580 398 Posted February 22, 2014 Try logging into a high ping server. 500ms+ Let yourself die, hit respawn (hopefully won't be greyed out on this server) and wait to see if you spawn. If you spawn successfully, just log out and back into your regular server and you should be fine. This trick has worked for me every time I've had death loop related problems. Just please someone kill me.Okay, try going back to the title screen and changing the clothes that your default character is wearing (make sure to click save default) and also change your name in the bottom right corner of the screen. Repeated this until I got on the beach, then crawled to the road and just started crawling and constantly talking. Found a nice young man that punched me out. Thanks for the help though.
