It is brashness to feel entitled to anything more. Read the full update changelog and be grateful we even get that much in a timely manner.

I love the rain! It gives the game a whole different atmosphere. After 100+ hrs logged into standalone in the sun, some rain is much appreciated! It makes everything soo intense o.o

WE NOT TESTERS !!! We supported $$$ early to develop game! If we there tester we should get paid and do proper bug/glitch/exploit or whatever reports. Now i guess only 10% community report bugs other just trololo forums, crying often like me and just playing game as it is.

Im pissed off than i see dev's tweets about how they gonna play "banished" or other games whatever trust getting lower and lower

I don't think you have fully grasped, how this alpha thing is going to work. They implement features and put them on the servers, so that those features can actually be tested and we can provide feedback.

Hence, when they added the SKS, you literally found it all over the place so people could pick it up and try it out. The amount of guns (like everybody running around with M4s) is unrealistic atm aswell. But that has a reason: proper testing. I don't think we'll see that many (especially military) weapons in the full game, aswell as rain all day on 80% of the servers. ;)

You gave them your money for early alpha access.

 

They already have your money, they may as well slow down production - they aren't getting any more from you so why should they bother?

 

Hate to break it to you but we sure are testers, spending or receiving money does not change that fact. Go sign up to beta-test a different game and see if they pay you. My guess is they won't, are you presuming that you are not a beta-tester then?

Have you actually read the alpha disclaimer? Also Rocket clearly stated that you should not buy DayZ, except you want to actively contribute to the development! To the reports... alot of players here on those forums send in reports via the bugtracker. And to the tweets... dude come on. They often work overtime already. They too have the right to enjoy their free time and have some fun, don't they?

Meh Idk, I like the new system. I mean as far as item dynamics, the new "damp/wet" system is necessary, as it will affect items as well as yourself.

I'm going to make an educated guess that it will. I'm guessing when it rains if you don't have proper gear, your clothes will be wet, and in turn, items can be affected, such as Rice, bandages, other clothing items (hats, etc) or other items

Nothing to do with the thread? He said in the title, that the update is disappointing.

That right there shows that he doesn't understand the concept of an Experimental Alpha.

 

And it will be mentioned a million more times because people dont seem to get it!

As long as it's balanced right in the end that shouldn't be a problem.

There needs to be advantages to the rain along with disadvantages as well, or else you will be right.
