Dayz Teleporting/lag?

so now it happens every day, usually i'm getting 26-33 FPS and it doesn't lag but sometimes the game freezes for a second or two and i get teleported forward. sometimes it helps if i click to walk backward but not always, i would ignore this problem but when it happens when i'm on second floor  of a building or higher i usually clip thru any kind of wall and fall to my death, yesterday i died 2 times and today 1. i would like to know if any one else is experiencing this problem and if there is any way to fix this problem.

seems like on experimental branch i'm not getting teleported at all, so i guess it's server problem?
