Binoculars need to be implemented

I'm still having trouble with the binoculars.

1. Equip to hand.

2. Tap space bar. Raises binos.

3. First person. Staring at eye pieces from 6 inches away???

4. Right click. Zooms closer to eye pieces.

No "bino-view".

Don't "hold" right click, "click" right click. If you hold the right click, it goes to your "eye zoom", if you click right click, it goes to your "item zoom". It the same way you zoom with a gun vs zoom bare eye while gun is equipped.

They are incredibly awesome for scouting. Alas, a week or 2 ago they were spawning what seemed like nearly 10x the rate they do now. I ran around through 5 towns on a nearly empty server before I found a pair today. They're pretty hard to come by now. But 2 weeks ago I had 3 in my big backpack before I realized it and had to throw some away. I've been killed a few times since then, of course...

They are working on fixing that. Currently it only works if you are standing up. It will be fixed to be used on crouched and proned positions ;)
