Inventory Rearrangement

Has anyone noticed that when you spawn your inventory gets rearrangemented...
problem is when its get rearrangemented if you dont have space for something like a first aid kit or a ammunition box or a protective case, it will just dissapear from your character.
i've searched the bug reports, and didnt find any report reffering to that, is there any ? i'd like to vote up, this really annoy people who likes to be organized, inventory slots should be saved before you logout.

Hmm, I have noticed the rearranging but never have come across items actually disappearing from my inventory.

Yes and it's annoying.  At least items typically stay in the storage you put them in...but it's irritating to play backpack tetris every time I log on.

i once lost an protective case filled with goodies and im sure i did not loose it myself, might xplain this.. have not encountered it sindce
