theelfishgene 3 Posted June 24, 2012 I'm watching a guy playing DayZ on a live stream, the guy has 560 viewers his modus operandi is, spawn log off, spawn log off, spawn log off, spawn log off, till he's at Cherno/Electro or Balota, he then charges in training zombies (absolutely not a care in the world) heading for obviously very rehearsed weapon spawn points!Under fire he logs out and does the same thing over and over again until he finds a gun, he then plays TDM....All this with 500 odd viewers all cheering him on and braying about downloading Arma II etc, i'm not here to deride this idiots gameplay choice, but it's not giving out a good impression, and that's a lot of viewers, it depressed the hell out of me to be shot down in flames in his comment box when i asked him to " try and survive beyond five minutes" most of the comments went along the lines of "where's the fun in that"Each to their own obviously but something inside me kinda gave out. I know the tards have been playing like this for a while, but to watch it first hand is just grim, maybe cut half the loot spawns in the coastal towns and force these people into survival mode, is it any wonder you hardly ever see another person north of Cherno. People keep telling me to Livestream because of all the unbelievable shit we get into and if I have the computer I would. I agree w/ OP pov totally though. Kageru 18 Posted June 24, 2012 A PK fan has no interest in the "sanctity of the game", finding an exploit, hack or short-cut is just an advantage to be used and abused.And I get the feeling the Arma-II engine has never been exposed to that sort of thing.
