Grimey Rick 3417 Posted March 14, 2014 somebody said press vest ??? The OP was referring to the Tactical Vests. A couple of posters on the first page for some reason brought up the Press Vest. I find Press Vests often, but haven't found a Tactical Vest for the last few patches. It doesn't spawn at the moment. I challenge ANYONE to provide a screenshot within the last few weeks of them finding a Tactical Vest. I have server-hopped like a mother trying to find one. I know where they used to spawn, but they just don't spawn now. The same goes for the claims of people finding the Riders Jacket on stable.
