Game Crashing & Characters Continually Being Erased.

My game will freeze up and crash. Upon logging back in, the HUD says that my character couldn't be loaded in red. When I try to log in, I am a fresh spawn. This has happened a couple of times now. Also, I have been stuck in a dead character a few times. Is this why they have been silent about the next patch because they are busy with these problems? Anyway I really hope this can be resolved soon.

It's an Alpha. If you haven't reported this in the bug report forum then go and do it, otherwise they'll never know you're having the problem.
