Help ! Using dayz standalone pics as signature on forums

I just wanted to know if you guys use your dayz screen shots in your picture next to your name for the forums ? And if so how do you do it it seems as if there's a 50 kb limit to the pics but I can't get any of my pictures from standalone cuz steam and fraps save them over 100kbs higher than the allowed amount .. Any ideas or should I just give up on that ?
