Snipers killed me (almost) story

Hi folks, so i was sitting around the south airfield guarding the area (in case that someone comes in I can scare them off and we can run) for one friend who tried to loot the airport. So as I have recently picked up my SKS with a 3,5scope i thought i would try it on a zombie to see how i can shoot it over a longer distance (around 500 meters at this time) so i gave a few shots (about 5) to the zombie it did not fall, but another player which is quite fully geared (as far as i could tell, 500m is a lot) he must have thought that i tried to shoot him and ran off into the direction of Komarovo, he must have been scared. (Sorry for that friend!!!) 

 

So we keep looting the airport and i keep lying there in the grass guarding my friend, boom someone shot me, my heart rate increases rapidly, my screen turns gray, boom next one hits me unconscious. I asked my friend to run off as i was pretty sure by the time he arrives here I am fully looted and not get himself into danger. I am pretty sure the guy who shot me is the one who ran off before and I am pretty sure that he could have killed me right there but after a few minutes of being unconscious I wake up everything is gray and i go for a run. I make it to Chapaevsk where me and my friend meet again. He provide me with some food as mine is ruined and helps me get up again, screen still gray and I have no saline bag on me nor has my friend, so we think we just go around a bit and play it safe until I am back to full health. 

 

But then the zombies are after us, as I do not want to face a zombie in melee combat as I am already in a bad condition i get my FNX out and shoot the hell out of it. More zombies more pressure, i reload the FNX but my other magazine is ruined, so i make a run, put out the SKS and make the hell out of zombies, then one behind me hits me i start bleeding, i think this is when i die, i get bandaged, i eat and we camp the house until i get better.

 

Freaking love this game, even tho it gives me heart attacks !

Professionals have standards

- Be polite

- Be efficient

- Have a plan to kill everyone you meet 

 

I never let unconscious player recover.
