alexeistukov 272 Posted February 16, 2014 It makes sense for their to be things like tanks and APCs. Yes, but then you get the problem of dealing with the tanks and apcs. To deal with them you add AT rockets and then everyones running around with rocket launchers killing eachother and blowing up cities and it all spirals out of control. It'd be realistic but it'd be a pain in the ass gameplay wise. More Difficulty= Better Survival. All of the things you just mentioned would be EXTREMELY rare to find most likely and to maintain them all would difficult as hell. What if the tank or APC breaks down in the middle of combat? Now you are sincerely screwed. Just imagine the endless amounts of difficulty that could be added. Cities would not be blown up lol, unless the person with the AT Launcher or Vehicle is a complete moron and wastes their ammo on unoccupied locations. Pandema 352 Posted February 16, 2014 (edited) M107s and AS50s were meant to be rare. Remember how that went? And if the tank breaks down in the middle of combat unless they implement a way to open the hatches on it you can just turn the engine off and wait till the attackers get bored and leave. The attackers that would engage the armored vehicle in the first place would most likely have an Anti-Tank weapon, including an Anti-Material Rifle or an Explosive device. The rifles you mention are firearms... not vehicles. The standalone will most likely be an extremely improved version over the MOD. The weapon spawns are already planned to be drastically lowered over the next few patches anyways. We shall wait and see what the devs decide in the end.
