I consider that DayZ would be better with full-text translation, so I want to help you with russian localization - there are a lot of simple titles, descriptions, etc. But it still aren't translated, in fact of this a lot russian people couldn't use all in-game features.

Localization will come but it might be a little while away. A bunch of languages is planned, russian of course amongst them.
