What type of ammo does the mosin use??any suggestions on where it spawns usually??

Well usualy, when you need it, you can't find it.

I carry 40x rounds for SKS, but I have hunting rifle and I've managed to find only 9 rounds for it + snap loader.

 

Also found 3x box of ammo for Magnum, hopefully found magnum in office building top floor (love that little snuggly room giving us weapons).

Out of interest why does the Mosin use 7.62x51mm? Seems like a bit of an oversight that they've had enough time to correct I mean its just one number they'd have to change. Although props the the DayZ team for finally getting their shit together on the steel casings on the 7.62x39mm
