Quick Question

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I just wanted to know if the whole lag problem was solved. Everyone in my clan could barely play because of the recent update, and I was wondering if this was the same for anyone else, and if so was it fixed.

If not, how could I fix this, should I just re-install, as I used to be able to play DayZ super smooooooth like.

I'm still having frame spikes myself. They are not as bad as a few days ago, but it happens from time to time on my end.

I read some others still have a few issues as well. I don't think it's as widespread, but there are still a few reports out there it seems.

def got fixed for me. I'm actually running slightly better than I had been in previous patches. Able to get the same framerate as I was getting before, but I've actually got things like clouds and shadows turned on, and texture settings up to normal

The unplayable, crippling FPS drop is fixed for me but since that patch my overall performance has decreased quite noticeably. I have gone from ~70 FPS in the countryside to around ~40, which isn't so bad but people on lesser systems might be experiencing a whole lot worse.
