So last night a 'friend' thought it would be funny to shoot me in the leg. Needless to say it was broken. I logged off and wanted to play this morning. 

 

With nobody around and no zombies, I tried to drown myself. The 'You Are Dead' screen came up but I can't respawn. I've changed servers but cant get out of the water quickly enough to stop myself dying. Rinse and repeat. 

 

What the hell can I do?!

Already reported. Wait for the next update.

 

Thank you but in all fairness, I'm not going to wait days to be able to play again... Looks like I'll have to opt into experimental and hope my character gets reset or something.
