Bright Green Hydration, but thirsty

I have had this char for a week or so (pre-patch) and I have been stuffed for a while. I have been hydrated, keeping up on sodas and water fountains when I can. I recently got you feel thirsty, drank a whole bottle of water and a canteen, 1 minute later my mouth feels dry. Is this the patch screwing with me?

Depends whether you're either in the stable branch, or on the experimental branch.

Have you recently been injured and lost blood?  Also, rice and soda make you thirsty.  It is best to avoid those at all costs if you can.

what about stuff/staff? did i spell it correctly? I had this alert since i drank water from the well the first time my new character spawn. The energized and hydrate come and go but that one still remain. I eat a charcoal tab, vitamin and antibiotics but it just wont go. Im in stable server. What should I do?

Seems like you guys have encountered a bug and should report it then.

I'm on stable. All sodas aside I drank a full canteen and water-bottle and I don't carry rice. The only food I am eating is beans which hydrates you.

Basically, some notifiers (like stuffed, healthy, healing, etc) did not go away but stayed forever.

 

So, one of two choices.

 

1: Stick it out and just keep playing as is.

2: Die and respawn. (i suggest finding an empty server and killing yourself near Berezino in the hopes you MIGHT make it back to your gear...)

NO! don't avoid, they are valuable resources, what you said is correct, they make you thirsty, but a couple drinks from a canteen fixes that

Rice, cereals, and dry-milk all make you thirsty. Canned food also slightly replenishes your thirst, I think (at least beans)

I'm pretty sure soda and beer replenishes your thirst though... at least it does for me.
