Walking puts me in Prone, can't get out of it..

Hoping someone else has run into this and can lend some help.

 

Yesterday, I was doing the usual, exploring a house, and had just changed some graphic settings. I hit W to walk and it put my character in prone position... Weird I thought, so I hit C, stood up, and hit W again, boom back to prone.. I can crouch, sit, stand, but I can not MOVE. I tried W A S D and everyone puts me in prone. Once in prone I can move forward/backwards etc no problem. I just can't actually stand and walk anymore. 

 

I thought maybe somehow my keybindings got broke, so I did check those, and everything was as it should be. Prone was Z, WASD were correct as moving. Anyone have any clue what else I can try? I tried multiple servers, I tried vaulting, nothing seems to work.

I have several morphine injectors on both my hardcore and regular characters. Hit me up if you need a hand.

This happened to me recently, I spawned in next to a tree and my legs broke. Very lucky I had a morphine pen on me.

Wow thanks so much everyone. I have morphine on me I think, I just never even considered that since I didn't fall that I know of. You would think they would have some sort of indicator/status message that would let you know your leg is broken.

 

Anyway thanks again, I'll login and shoot up some morphine.

I'm kinda having the same problem I can't get up but it does not say my legs are broken or anything. When i join a server all my player does is say Ow and then can't walk but it does not say my legs are broken.

There are three cure for that,

1.morphine

2.splint=sticks and bandages

3.bullet

I have plenty of bullets...

I have a similar issue: was walking through Elektro, heard a loud bang, now I have a black screen with white writing on it. Can somebody help me troubleshoot this phenomenon?
