Stuck on "please wait..." Screen

every time I log into a server it does its normal load up and just before the character shows up and the screen lightens it freezes. it shows my inventory bar with no detail, and says Please wait.

 

Any fix for this or is it a big problem for everyone?

Same here, me and other players are having the same issues. Looks like the developers don't even notice the problem. Really shitty, because I got 2 hours on dayZ with zero playtime!!!

really shitty? its in alpha, there will be a lot of bugs in the game,

to fix this, restart the game.
