Posts in Troubleshooting Threads wont go to recent radio posts

I am stuck in a house for a while now. I wrote about this in a thread in the troubleshooting section, and then realized, that it wouldnt pop up in the recent radio posts list. I wonder why... or maybe I dont. I got stuck almost a week ago, I still cant play the game, which I by the way paid for. And did somebody from the admins or the devs contact me for this problem? NO!

 

I am VERY dissatisfied with the service here. Unstuck me or reset my char or my account. DO something or gimme back my money!

Topics show in the Recent Chatter, not single posts.

Most people manage to wriggle/prone near door/twist and turn to get out of the situation.
The problem has been discussed many times before and is a known issue.

You have to go to Steam for a refund, however you did accept that the game is Early Access/Alpha and has bugs when purchased, so I doubt very much that you will receive a refund.
