Getting stuttering when moving only?

I can play games like Skyrim at high settings, dota, cs:go and more at really good settings but as soon as I make my character in DayZ actually move the game stutters.  Is this the new patch everyone is talking about or more of a hardware issue on my end?  I have a GTX 260 video card, AMD A8-5500 processor, and 4gb of memory.  Not sure why this isn't playable right now?

If you played before last patch and its wasn't playable then its specs problem or your setting. 

If you started playing after last patch then its probably patch foult. Before patch i had around 30 fps, normal quality(GeForce GT 635M, 8GB RAM, Intel x4core i5-3317 1,7GHz). Now after few mins i got >10 fps or since start have low fps. Sometimes freeze or 30 sec lag. Without mention about desyc.

 

For sure i suggest wait for new patch with note about fix that problem.

Your PC isn't quite up to scratch. Skyrim, Dota and CS:GO are not in any way demanding games. I can run them fine on my low spec laptop that I don't use for gaming.

To put things in perspective I'd recommend a decent i5 CPU and something like a GTX 660Ti or better if you wanted to get the most out of DayZ.
