The same thing happened to me but I noticed that once I started eating/drinking to my full capacity after the patch the "stuffed" icon went back to normal.

i eat/drink. appear status "hydrated" "energaized" but "stuffed" not going off =(

I had the same issue but BlackSun's method fixed it.

@Tezcatlipoka - you have to eat or drink until you get the "My stomach feels stuffed/completely full" message in the chat. Then just wait a little and the "stuffed" indicator will disappear (for me it took only a few seconds).
