Vehicles?

I've been playing DayZ Standalone for quite a lot of time now and i'm tired of running.
For good loot i have to go to the north side but running takes around 1 hour to reach there and plus my finger hurts because of pressing 'W' for a long time.
Anyone knows when will the cars, helicopters, bike will come?

I would love to at least be able to fix up a mountain bike to ride.  Just imagine doing a drive-by in Elektro on your mountain bike, LOL.

A bike would be reasonable, but who knows what sort of problems will arise seeing how even adding a pointing animation was buggy.

i'd say we are going to see vehicles in about 2-3 months time. But I base that on absolutely nothing.
