I cant play!

So here it is.I use razer comms to talk with my friend,and we play on same servers,he sees me walking/running/changeing weapons but i cant do anything when i press right click on item in inventory it says whole time recevieng and i cant play normaly cant take out weapons cant drink or eat.Please help.

Do you have any containers within containers? Such as a medkit in a carrying case? That caused the issue for me, and dropping that was the only thing that fixed it.

I had an m4 buttstock mp damaged painte green and i noticed the color was glitching so i dropped it fixed tje problem like for 5 min.I got medic pack and i got protection case stuffed with canned beans and tuna but the case is ruined could that cause the problem?
