Banned without reason and BE costumer support.

It is about month ago...when i was playing DayZ lastly. My game crashed with not responding error. When i logged in i had global ban from battleye. I said to myself it will be good its a bug only. So i restarted a game and tryed to log onto server. Banned still. So i wrote to BE Support about what did i done wrong so i have ban? After almost 8 days they responded that ive been banned for using hacking tools. On my question of what evidence of using this program and even which program they have they answered that they dont share any more details about that. The only way to play on official servers is to buy a new copy of DayZ... or play on non BE servers.

 

My question is... why do i have to pay for this game again when i did nothing wrong? Is the XInput.dll (program for be able to play with controler) hacking tool? Or Fraps?! What could possibly make BE think that am hacking??

 

 

EDIT: I know that BI cant take the ban off but what i can do when costumer support for BE does not responding me. On all my questions and help asking they just respond with the sentense "we cant support you with any details/we cant support you with guide how to be able to play again".
