Gingercore kills player (friendly fire)

I am not sure, if this is an actual hack, but for some reason Gingercore kills players by friendly fire in US20.

My friend joined the server and got killed before he actually joined, than he spawned on top of his dead body again. He took all his stuff back, nothing was stolen or placed he just got killed upon spawn.

Friendly fire is caused by players killing other players in debug forest. It's a bug and is bannable.
