FPS drop connected to pre-patch items for me, no idea if you got the same problem though.

Dropped gear in bush and ran away from it, FPS back to normal.  Returned to gear and in doing so FPS plummets, so run away again and FPS fine, for purposes of science thought I'd return to gear again and yes FPS dropped.  My pal was a fresh spawn after patch and has had no FPS drop whatsoever, can anyone guess what happened when he went near the gear pile?

Noticed this as well after picking up an M4 off of a guy I killed. Went the entire day without issues until then.
