i would like to know if they plan on adding kick/ban on server and adding the option to lock the server with a password soon ?

Not while there are no private hives. No ETA on private hives has been even hinted at. Probably not going to happen until Beta.

Probably not. Simply for the sake of avoiding people looting privately on their "personal" servers and walking into a public servers like:

"What up, i am a good shot. Nah, i'm just playing, i looted this from my private stock."
