i was wondering how to acheive healing status to get blood and health back

Eat and drink a lot. Basically, any food you find, eat it. Find a water fountain and drink from it 10-20 times. Once you are well fed and hydrated, your blood should start to be restored. Eventually, you should reach the healing and healthy status.

Mrs Yuno if it's blood you want then,gorge down every single can of bean (can included) that comes along your way and keep hydrated (preferably spam the drink command on a fountain).

Rice is a good way to boost it but it will dehydrate you, so eat near a water pump.
