Chernarus addon CABuildings not found an picture not found

So i downloaded the dayz commander, i did all the steps that was needed, im non-steam, and when i try to join the server I got the crash " Addon 'Chernarus' requires addon 'CABuildings' " then the games runs i see the dayz logo and joining servers, And then bam i got this error " Picture ca\ui\data\logo_arma2pmc_ca.paa not found " and that it, i dont know maybe i need to instal or reinstal something, i only have arma2 and operation arowhead i dont know if need Operation arowhead and Combined Operations i mean both of them to be instaled, Sorry for my bad english. I take it this is a retail version of the game not steam versions.

 

you need to update both games

 

arma 2 needs to be at version 1.11 and arma2 oa needs to be at 1.62 before you install the beta patches

 

 

you can check the current versions by starting each game and running it to the menus and it will tell you the versions in the bottom right hand corner

 

you can get the patches from here  

 

you may have to install more then one patch for each game to get you to the required versions
