DayZ LAG and FPS loss while with friends

While playing alone is just fine as usual, but when a friend join my server I constatly lose FPS and with lose I mean screen freezing for a while. Looks ok when i'm alone. tryed on different low populated server, and happening since the new patch 0.34.

Tryed to remove my friend from steam, and everything is fine. This is a workaround

 

edit: worked for a little then FPS dropped again. I asked him to log off...and everything back to normal.

 

I know for sure someone is near me when my fps drops now. lol how sad

I was going to add that I have this issue solo and with no-one around. I am currently trying to run through woods between Elektro and Cherno and my fps just drops through the floor as my GPU usage suddenly drops. Worked fine yesterday - only change is the update. Seems like a memory leak to me going off past experiences.
