So, I was thinking of getting a group going. I have a web hosting setup. I have vBulletins, and I have a Team Speak 3 server.

I think it might help if you flesh out what your group is all about. Role play it a little. Give people an idea of why you're a good Leader, and you'll get followers.

Well, this is the thing. There is no one leader. Because I'm not always going to be on. So I was thinking of just getting people together. But the leader stuff can come about later. Personally, I think structure should be setup first. :)

To be honest, there shouldn't be a leader at all. If there's a leader, the groiup won't last long and you won't get a lot of fun with it. You can use someone who group is following, calling the leader, but not really one who's a permanent one.
