Game isn't starting

When i start the game there is an error that is saying: "no entry config.bin/cfgdifficulties/blablabla and then the screen turns black and it says that there is an error of compiling pixel shader PSTerrainSNX :0
Can someone help ?

This may help ?

 

Run Steam as Admin.
You may have to close down Steam first, then make sure you're running it as Administrator. This should in most cases solve both problems.

i tried 3 times to do it and i still have the problem..
