Handcuff Death

Okay, so yesterday after the new patch we tested the theory of being handcuffed when you logout.  So we handcuffed my wife while her body was still in game after logging.  She had a full inventory of "Military" gear that took ages to get.  Upon logging back into the server we figured 2 things.  1. She would not be handcuffed and log into the same location or 2. she would log back in handcuffed.  Sadly she was neither, she found herself on the beach with no sun tan lotion and no pot to piss in.  Anyone else experience this issue?

...being handcuffed+logout=death. Has been so before the patch will stay that way hopefully.

And since the actual logout happens AFTER the 30 seconds time (when the body is gone ingame) that's perfectly normal..

You cannot logout with handcuffs on.. as you experienced, you will die.  This has not changed since the last patch.. been like that for awhile now.

Only if they are damaged,, pristine handcuffs can take a few minutes to escape from.

nope, even pristine handcuffs can be broken about 5-10 seconds , look's like it is totally random :\

yes, it is.. And glad it is.  I've seen the 'bug' where the person wearing the cuffs breaks free from them (you'll see the msg saying so), but then goes right back to being restrained.  You can logout and relogin to the server safely if that happens, without dying.

yeah it was her ghost character that it was put on. Good to know ;)
