Has the issue of spray painted mosins only being able to fire one shot been fixed?

I have been following the patch noted but I can not remember if this issue was fixed, can anyone confirm for me wether it has been fixed or not?

However be warned with regards to painting M4s: I have not tried to reproduce this but when trying to paint an M4 green (it was on the floor with attachments) both me and my m8s games crashed simultaneously. I am not sure if the server crashed as well. So for your loots sake, take all the attachments off your M4 before attempting to paint it just in case. It appears it is safe to paint it green without any attachments on it.
