Are admins allowed to promote the clan (global chat typed), say once every 2 hours?

Sweet!  I would like to do this because it would make it a little bit more unique. We already warn about server restarts manually, would like them to know what server they are in.

It is not against to rules to advertise your clan from what I know I would not even see a problem promoting your clan/show some info every 30mins.
