Server latency higher than usual after the patch?

Do you have a maximum player limit set in filters? Maybe it's just crowdier then usual? 

 

I seem to be missing 1 or 2 servers from my favorite list though, so maybe there are some servers who are still down.

Possibly. I forgot to take into account that it's the day after patch day, so the servers are probably busier than usual while people gear up/find stuff to bitch and moan about :P
