Are the Military tents still not dropping any loot? Me and my friend went to Balota Airfield and still couldn't find any loot there..

its a shame but no, its listed as a known issue so I would expect a fix pretty soon.

 

I'm no game designer but I can't imagine adding loot back to the tents would be too difficult

Does loot spawn anywhere directly on the ground? Is it not all on floors? I've never seen loot in sheds or anything without a floor.

I've seen lot on the ground (concrete pad actually) outside of train stations.
