Important bug about looting ?

Hello, before I report something in the Bug Reports section that might have already been signalled, I'd like to describe a bug I've been experiencing while looting equipped weapons on dead people.

I drag & drop the gun without any problem, it's in my inventory, but I can still see it on the dead corpse.

Also, If somebody loot the same corpse, and get the M4, the M4 I previously looted disappears from my hands !

I think this is important to signal because I suspect a possible abuse from this bug, such as duplication.

Known bug already. Loot a guy then hide the body. I saw it in action, didn't really duplicate anything, just caused a lot of confusion if you are with someone, both looting the same person.

Relogging also binds the gun to your character.
