Where is it shown when patches are rolled out?

Well remember, "everything" experimental will become stabile at some point :)

So its not a bad idea to keep an eye on it.

And thats why i said, you should always look there aswell :)

What gets the OK in experimental, will reach stabile soon after, so its always a good idea to keep an eye on it mate.
